Laura Mae Eaton, age 89, of Lake Commons in Uniontown, went home to be with the Lord in Friday morning March 23, 2018. She was born November 12, 1928 in East Liverpool to the late John and Bertha (Rough) Hiner. She married Lawrence Eaton. Laura had been a secretary in an Attorney's office in downtown Youngstown. She rode the bus to work as her husband was the bus driver. She was a 61 year member of Church of the Nazarene and during retirement served as their secretary. For the past 10 years, Laura had been a resident of the Lake Commons and member of Greentown Nazarene Church. She loved butterflies.

Preceded in death by parents, husband, sisters Almira (Clair)Taylor of Youngstown, Myrna (Dr. George) Hazlett of Hartville. She is survived by nieces and nephews Paul Hazlett of Hartville; Karen (Keith) McLaughlin of Beach City, OH; Ruth (James) McCooey of Columbiana, OH, John Taylor of Akron, and Dale Hazlett of Hartville; and many great-nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be Sunday 2:30 at Arnold Funeral Home Hartville. Calling hours are ½ hour prior to services. Final resting place is Paradise Cemetery in Canfield.
