Kenneth E. Wenger, age 96, passed away on August 15, 2022, at Aultman Compassionate Care Center. He was born June 14, 1926, in Canton to Earl and Pearl (Culler) Wenger and graduated from Middlebranch High School. Following high school, he enlisted in the Navy and served on the USS Wasp aircraft carrier. Ken spent his career as a dairy farmer and was involved with the Stark County Fair as a board member for almost 50 years. Ken was a calm, patient, and an easy going individual. He was grateful for his time spent with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Kenneth is preceded in death by his wife, Ruth of 74 years. Children, Gerald Wenger (deceased) (Debbie Wenger Hunter), Dennis (Cathy) Wenger, Janet (Jerry Deceased) Runner, Joyce Sheaffer; 11 grandchildren, Jeff Wenger, Katie Rader, Laura Carmany, Lisa Wassenaar, Julie DeLaFe, Jennifer Burkholder, Joshua Runner, Dan Sheaffer, Scott Sheaffer, Jon Sheaffer, Beth White and 27 great grandchildren and one deceased great grandchild; brother Harold (Dorothy) Wenger.

Funeral service will be 11:00 AM, Friday, August 19, 2022, in the Canton Baptist Temple with Pastor Jake Tovissi officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to service in church.
