Kenneth Moore, age 68, of Canton went to be with the Lord Sunday morning, February 5, 2006 in his residence. Kenneth was born on January 15, 1938 in Chicago, IL to the late Al and Henrietta "Nettie" (Todd) Moore and moved to McDonald, Ohio when he was ten years old. Ken graduated from McDonald High School and went to work at General Motors of Lordstown and retired in 1997 as the director of the transitional work center. He also was the union representative for 14 years. Ken and his wife moved to Alliance in1995 and then to Canton where he was not only a member but a servant who touched the lives of countless individuals at High Mill Church of the Resurrection. He is survived by his wife Pastor Mary Kay (Dunn) Moore; three sons and two daughters-in-law Alan and Theresa, Bob "Robert" all of Columbus; Gregory and Venetia of Cortland; sister Kathy Santangelo of McDonald; and seven grandchildren. Services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 AM in High Mill Church of the Resurrection with Pastor Chuck Schumacher officiating. Interment in North Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday 2-4:00 and 7-9:00 PM and Wednesday one hour prior to the services (10:00 - 11:00 AM) in the church.
