Kathy E. (Martin) Wagner, 75, passed away on January 10, 2025 in Greentown, Ohio. She was born in Downey, California, on July 15, 1949 to Earl and Florence "Flossie" Martin.

Kathy grew up in Akron and graduated from Central Hower High School in 1967, where she performed as a majorette in the marching band. She married her husband Isaac in 1971. In their younger years the two enjoyed square dancing atop beer barrels in Germany and, once stateside again, numerous rock concerts. She moved to her forever home in Greentown in 1974.

Food and shopping brought Kathy great joy. She especially loved baking and sharing her chocolate chip cookies, legendary among friends and family.

Kathy is survived by daughter Holly (Brent) Kenreich, grandsons Casper and Greyson, and Lloyd, her devoted companion for the last eight years. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 44 years, Isaac Wagner.

Visitation is planned for Thursday, January 16, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Arnold Funeral Home, 504 West Maple Street, Hartville, 44632. Kathy's final resting place will be Hillside Memorial Park in Akron, next to her beloved parents. In lieu of flowers, please spend some time enjoying the natural world and/or donate time or funds to a metro or state park.
