Kathryn Emma Hite, age 89, passed away Monday, January 8, 2024. She was born in Cadiz, Ohio to the late Walter Lyons and Gladys (Barrett) Lennox. Kathryn attended Canton McKinley High School and enjoyed attending the Christian Tabernacle with her late husband Fred Smith. In addition to her parents, Kathryn was preceded in death by her brothers, John "Buzz" Lyons, Walter "Kick" Lyons, Alfred Lyons; sisters, Jean Cropper, Alice Gaston, Anita Morrison; She is survived by Daughter, Deborah (Smith) Brindus, son, Richard (Marybeth) Smith; brother, Jim (Mary) Lyons, grandchildren, Abby (Mark) Brindus, Scott Brindus (Ryan Bloedow) , Stephen (Beth) Smith, Bryan (Jaclyn) Smith; great grandchildren, Alex, Emily, Riley, Addison, Vivian, and many nieces and nephews. Services for the family will be private.
