Kathryn (Boyd) Foutch, age 90, of Canton passed away on Monday night November 25, 2013. Just three months after her parents immigrated from Scotland, she was born in Massillon, Ohio on August 24, 1923. Kathryn was a graduate of Lehman High School and attended Canton Actual Business College. She was a secretary at the Timken Company and retired when she turned 62 in 1985. She was a member of Christadelphian Church. Years ago, Kathryn with her sister Gladys and friends loved to ride horses, English Style. Kathryn was fond of entertaining, an avid bridge player and especially enjoyed vacationing on the shores of Maryland. She was a member of Canton Garden Club, Canton Woman's Club, served on the Aultman Women's Board and was on the Canton Symphony League. She was preceded in death by her parents John Alston and Polly Watson (MacKenzie) Boyd; her first husband John Parker; second husband John W. Foutch III on May 12, 2010; and sister and brother-in-law Gladys and Fred Smith. She is survived by her step-son Bradley Foutch of Chicago, Illinois; niece Susie and Chris Ewald of Painesville Township; and great-nephews Benjamin, Ryan and Brandon. Friends may call Saturday an hour before services 11 AM- noon at Arnold Funeral Home. Funeral services are on Saturday at noon at the funeral home with Robert Edwards officiating.
