Julia B. Garzia of Columbus, Ohio, passed away Thursday, October 2, 2025, at Green Village, in Uniontown, Ohio. She was born to the late M. Marcelo and Elisa H. Berrud in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She graduated from El Colegio Inmaculada Concepción in Argentina and moved to the United States in 1967 with her husband and four children. Julia's greatest joy was having her family around and being able to cook for them. Some of her interests were knitting, sewing and the garden, where her love of flowers was reflected in an amazing green thumb. Julia and her husband did extensive traveling and started a few business ventures. She enjoyed working well into her 90's for the Macy's store, finally retiring after 30 years.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband; Ricardo F. Garzia, brother; Hector M. Berrud, and grandson; Michael J. Rossi.

Julia is survived by daughters: Liliana G. Rossi, and Silvia C. (Thomas) Edwards, sons: Mario R. (Marjorie) Garzia, and Fernando M. (Emilia) Garzia, grandchildren: Christopher J. (Abby) Rossi, Gabriela (Roger) Edwards – Fowler, Esteban W. Edwards, Daniel M. (Brittany) Garzia, Nichole (Christopher) Garzia - Bucoviz, Kristina (Bret) Garzia – Gregersen, Megan (Michael J.) Rossi, and 10 great grandchildren.

There will be private family services.
