Julia Blackburn, age 86, of N. Canton died Monday evening in St. Luke Lutheran Community after an extended illness. Born in Cambridge, OH to the late Stephen and Julia Estock, she was also preceded by 2 sisters: Mary Kirkbride and Ann Pepper, and by four brothers: John, Steve, Edward and Joseph Estock. Her husband Willard Blackburn also preceded her in death. Survivors include two daughters: Mrs. Norman (Dee) Steiner of N. Canton, Jean Blackburn of Stow, OH. Three grandchildren: Darran Bandrowsky, Robin Steiner and Mrs. Doug (Tanya) Klingman. Two great grandchildren: Kelsey and James Klingman. Three sisters: Helen Kehoe of Florida, Emma Winkleman of Louisville, and Pauline Balik of Kipling, OH. A memorial service will be Friday 11:00 A.M. in the Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home 4817 Cleveland Ave., N.W. with Rev. Don J. Richards officiating. A private interment will be in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Friday. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to an adoptive agency of the donor's choice.
