Judy Reece

Judy Jackson Reece, age 86, of Hartville, passed away on September 20, 2026. She was born in Canton on March 29, 1940, to the late Alfred Wayne and Eleanor (Evans) Jackson. Judy graduated from Hartville High School and attended Mount Union College.

Judy spent her career working in various retail settings, where she always put her customers first, like playing the Giant Eagle Easter Bunny. She cherished the joy of bringing her family together, relishing both board games and video games, and loved her lunch dates with friends. Judy also had a passion for all things Coca-Cola. In addition, for more than 20 years she lived her fairytale life with the love of her life, Roy Reece, in England.

In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her children, Laurie Rietzler and Scott Crawford.She is survived by her children, Pamela (Edward) Ekmark and Kevin (Lindsay) Crawford; stepchildren, John Reece, Debbie Thomas, and Mark Reece; 13 grandchildren, and brother, Jeff Jackson.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, September 23, from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. at Arnold Funeral Home, 504 West Maple Street, Hartville. A memorial service will begin at 6:00 p.m.
