Joslyn E. Saunders, age 69, of Richfield, passed away in her home on November 23, 2022 following a valiant battle with cancer. She was born February 14, 1953 in Chicago to Stanley F. and Iona A. (Gerber) Hostetter and graduated Wadsworth High School class of 1971 and from Bluffton College. Joslyn was known as an exquisite lover of all aspects of life. She cherished the time spent tending to her beautiful children and raising them in an environment surrounded with love.

She is survived by her husband of over 30 years, Nick Saunders; children Alia and Caleb; siblings Robin (Laura) Hostetter, Cosette (Ernie) Thomas, and Cherilyn (Mark) Metzler; several nieces, nephews, and close friends.

Calling hours will be held December 10, 2022 from 10:30 – 11:30 AM at First Mennonite Church in Wadsworth. A memorial service in her honor will begin in the church at 11:30 AM with Pastor Jan Croyle officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Appalachian Trail Conservancy
