Joseph Carl Weidenhamer, age 76, of Canton, passed away Sunday, January 16, 2022, in Aultman Hospital from complications of Covid 19. He was born October 9, 1945, in Detroit, Michigan to Edward and Genevieve (Chenevey) Weidenhamer.Joseph served in the United States Air Force in Vietnam and for many years was a forklift driver at Rubbermaid in Wooster. His favorite phrase with family and friends was "thank you for thanking me".

He is survived by his daughter, Tabitha Retherford and granddaughter Rachel Demastus.

A graveside service with full military honors will be Thursday 1:00 p.m. at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman with Fr. Philip Kunder officiating. The service will be available on the Arnold Funeral Home Facebook page.
