Joseph Barrett Mohr was born March 30, 1977, and he brought a joy and light into this world. He passed away on Monday September 5, 2022. All one needed to do was look into his eyes, his smile, and feel his hugs to know you were blessed with his compassion and love. He was preceded in death by his mother Helen Marie Mohr and his father Donald Mohr. He is survived by siblings Rosie Ridgeway and Jason Mohr. His love of a special child was apparent to all who knew him. Joseph attended school in Alliance and worked at Whipple Dale Center. When he moved into Hartville Meadows the staff and all who knew him became like his family. He attended GentleBrook Day services and enjoyed his life surrounded by the people who loved and cherished each moment with him. He is singing and running with the Angels in Heaven.

Thank you to all the caregivers in Joey's life and know that he gave us more than we could give him. He taught everyone who interacted with him so much. He loved playing with bubbles, giving hugs, eating ice cream, and believed no one was too old for stuffed animals.

Visitation will be Tuesday September 13, 2022. at the Arnold Funeral Home in Hartville from 10 – 12 PM. His final resting place is Highland Memorial Park Cemetery.
