Jonathan Paul Lindeman, age 70, of Alliance, passed away on Monday March 6, 2023 in the comfort of his home. He was born on October 17, 1952 in Barberton to the late Clarence and Rose (Schaubman) Lindeman. He graduated from Manchester High School in 1971, West Virginia University in 1976 and The Ohio State University in 1980. He retired after 37 years as a physical therapist in the Alliance area where he touched many lives. Jon was a dedicated runner, prolific writer and artist, classical music enthusiast and an avid outdoorsman.

He is survived by his wife of 39 years Kathleen; children Stacey (Carl) Fernstrum, Alexander (Sara) Lindeman; grandchildren Elijah and Nicholas Fernstrum; sister Maxine (Liam) Collins; sister-in-law Sai Lindeman and other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by sister Lori Lindeman and brother James Lindeman.

Calling hours are Sunday March 12th from 3-5 PM at Arnold Funeral Home Hartville. A private graveside service for family is scheduled Wednesday. A Celebration of Life service will be planned at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Aultman Hospice.
