John T. Lovinsky, age 62, of Canton died Saturday morning in Altercare of Louisville. Born in Canton to John & Betty Lou (Klingaman) Lovinsky he was a life resident. John was a 1968 graduate of Glenwood High School and was retired from AT&T where he was an information operator. John had a great personality, loved to tell jokes, gamble and play bingo. Preceded in death by his mother: Betty Lou Lovinsky he is survived by his father: John Lovinsky, sister: Gayle Hirt, brother: Michael (Mickey) Lovinsky, and two nieces: Trisha & Erin Lovinsky all of Canton. Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday in the Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home 4817 Cleveland Ave., N.W. with Rev. Jeff Bullock officiating. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday from 6 to 8 P.M. and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.
