Obituary

John E. (Jack) Tucker, passed away peacefully at Canton Christian Home on December 16, 2017 at the age of ninety-seven. He was born in Martins Ferry Ohio to Ernest and Erma Tucker and moved his family to Canton in 1952. Now John has joined his beloved wife Olwen Irene Tucker in heaven. During his working years he was a Buyer at the EW Bliss Co., a Real Estate Salesman, and well into his eighties he drove dealer trades for local auto dealers. He is survived by his sons John P. (Amy) Tucker and Robert D. (Becky) Tucker, four Grandchildren, Dr. J. David Tucker (Kathy), Amy E. Steiner (Jim), Robert Jason Tucker (Stephanie) and Michael Tucker. There are five Great Grandchildren Erin Steiner, Lauren, Luke, Clay, and Jack Tucker. The family wishes to thank those who loved and cared for our Dad at Canton Christian Home. In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to Canton Christian Home, 2550 Cleveland Ave. NW, Canton, OH, 44709. Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M. Saturday, December 23rd in the Canton Christian Home with Rev. William Moody officiating. Interment will be in North Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the service.
