Jocelyn Dover, age 69, of Canton, passed away on Monday August 30, 2021. She was born in the Philippines on October 16, 1951 to Francisco and Lourdes Ua-o. She was a mother (Ina) and grandmother (Lola) who loved leopard prints and bamboo, her  Philippine and American Flags and the countries cultures, the colors red and pink and enjoyed collecting Buddhas.

She is survived by her children Allan Dover, Venus (Ryan) Grodi, Raymond (Rita) Dover, Ralph Dover, Sunshine Dover, Herbert Dover, Princess Dover; grandchildren Bryce "Bryce Man" Dover, Raymond "Memen" Dover III, Lindsay "Lillli" Dover, and Chyna "Che-che" Grodi. Other relatives include siblings Ludema Daang Ua-o, Flora Daang Ua-o, Warlita Daang Ua-o, Henry Daang Ua-o, Sera Daang Ua-o, Milky Daang Ua-o, Ramon Daang Ua-o, Wilfredo Daang Ua-o and Marissa Ua-o Olais.

Viewing will be Tuesday Sept. 7th from 4-6 PM at Arnold Spiker funeral home, 4817 Cleveland Ave., NW, Canton. Her funeral tribute service will begin at 6 PM.
