Joan Kay Kinsley of Hartville, passed away on January 8, 2024. Joan graduated from Lake High School in 1961. Joan retired from TCRA Canton as the office manager. She previously worked at RCR Rubber as Administrative Sales Coordinator. Joan also worked at Schoner Chevrolet, Monarch Rubber, as well as the State Auditors Office.

Joan was very active in politics, Young Republicans, campaigns, Guardian Support Services, Greentown Park Board, Greentown Garden Club, Toast Masters Club (attaining D.T.M. status). She enjoyed arts and crafts, crossword and jig saw puzzles, and was a card playing enthusiast and loved to travel.

Joan was born April 6, 1943, to Paul and Catherine (Shaub) Kinsley. Preceded in death by her parents, brother Paul "Kipp" Kinsley and sister Rosemary Kinsley, and niece Carla Kinsley.

Survived by sisters Penelope Kinsley of Canton and Jennifer Kinsley of Lake Township; sister-in-law Susan Kinsley-White; niece Cynthia; cousins Lavinnia Eblen, Pat Donald, Gary Shaub, Prudence, Shane, Candace Barnard.

She will be remembered and cherished by family and all her many friends.

Cremation has taken place and calling hours will be Thursday, January 18, 2024, from 1-3 PM at the Arnold Funeral Home in Hartville at 504 West Maple Street.
