Jerry C. Lauer, age 56, formerly of Green, passed away unexpectedly Monday evening March 24, 2008 in Steubenville, Ohio. Jerry was born September 4, 1951 in Akron to the late Donald and Ruth (Vogt) Lauer and was a 1970 graduate of Green High School. He is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Ron Peters of Massillon, sisters and brothers-in-law, Joan and Butch Gangle of Copley, Bev and Ronald Mason of Canton; brother and sister-in-law, Don and Dorothy Lauer of Akron; granddaughter, Emmaley Peters and special friend Linda Rawlings.
