Jerome Lewis "Jerry" Fassnacht, age 88, of Canton, went home to be with his father in Heaven on Friday December 10, 2021 at Rose Lane Health Center in Massillon. He was born in Ravenna on May 16, 1933 to Rufus and Esther Helen (Jacobsen) Fassnacht and was a Korean War Navy Veteran. He was a retired truck driver for Ravenna Oil.

He is survived by his wife of 24 years Barbara; children Katherine Miskovch, Richard (Sharon) Fassnacht, Paul (Chondra) Fassnacht, Tom (Linda) Fassnacht, Fred (Kim) Fassnacht; 18 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends including siblings and Barbara's family. Preceded in death by his first wife Alma; and daughter Darlene Little.

The family will have a private burial of cremains in Atwater Cemetery at a future date.
