Jeffrey S. Davies, age 66, of North Canton. On May 27, 2015 the world lost a man with a personality as big as his love for his community and for his family. A man who never stopped singing and whose laugh could be heard across a crowded room. Even more than an entrepreneur (Compu Print and Oakwood Wine & Spirits), former North Canton City Councilman, golfer and an amateur genealogist, Jeff was a loving husband, father and family man who never missed a holiday, dance recital or school play. He leaves behind a family who is better for knowing and loving him, including his wife of nearly 39 years Marilyn (Shaw) Davies, daughter Mary Davies (husband Chris Suntala) and mother Edra (Feicht) Davies. He's also survived by brothers Steve and David Davies, sister-in-law Diane (Bob) Kinser, nephews Jason (Erin) Kinser, Brock (Patty) Kinser, Ryan (Kenya) Davies, Adam Davies and Cole Davies as well as numerous cousins, great nieces and nephews. Jeff was preceded in death by his father Fred Davies. A celebration of life will be 1pm Tuesday in the Crossroads United Methodist Church 120 Cleveland Ave. SW with Rev. John David Geib officiating. (Street parking and garage parking across the street from the church is available.) Friends may call from 11am to 1pm in the church.
