Jeffa D. Turner of Mogadore passed away peacefully and unexpectedly on February 10, 2025.  She was 64 years old, born in Dayton, Ohio in 1960.

Jeffa was a 1978 graduate of Wayne High School in Huber Heights, Ohio, and she furthered her education at Wright State University.

She married the love of her life Lewis Turner on April 13, 1982. They shared 43 years together, raising their three sons, welcoming their three daughters-in-law, celebrating the arrivals of their four grandchildren, and caring for their sweet dogs.

Jeffa was a dedicated member of the Hartville church of Christ for over 40 years.

She was an avid gardener, and she enjoyed canning, baking and cooking. She was also an avid reader, enjoying her monthly book club meetings almost as much a she enjoyed the treasured friendships she found and nurtured there.

Above all, Jeffa was a devoted Christian, wife, mother, Grammie, daughter, sister and aunt.

She is survived by her loving husband Lewis Turner; her mother Sue Murphy; her sons and daughters-in-law Troy (Jeana) Turner, Ty (Katie) Turner, and Timothy (Jessi) Turner; the lights of her life, her grandchildren James, Thea, Murphy and Franklyn; sister Shawn Holmes; and nephews Garrett (Brenna) and Chad Holmes.

Jeffa was preceded in death by her dad James Jackson Murphy.

Visitation will be held at the Hartville Church of Christ; 460 E. Maple St. Hartville, OH 44632 beginning at 5:00pm on Tuesday February 18, 2025. A memorial service be held at 6:30pm.
