Jay Robert Morgart, age 76, of Uniontown, is rejoicing with his Lord and Savior on Saturday morning, February 27, 2021. He was born in Akron on September 27, 1944 to the late Elmer and Ruth (Brubaker) Morgart. He was a Vietnam War Air Force Veteran. He had a PhD in Theology and taught computer science at multiple universities. Jay loved studying the Bible and sharing the Word.

He is survived by his wife Susan; children Fred (Brenda) Morgart, Alana Tallon, Alissa McAnally, Danielle Morgart, Jennifer Morgart, Kellie Lesho and Christopher Lesho; 11 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; siblings Jayelen, Don, Sandy, Nancy and Gary; and 2 bunnies Mr. Beggans and Evie.
