Janice Mae Pratt, age 63, died following complications from multiple sclerosis on Monday, June 1, 2015. Born and raised in Canton, Ohio. Janice more recently resided in Louisville, Ohio. She was a 1970 graduate of Glenwood High School and attended Bowling Green State University. Janice was employed by the Pro Football Hall of Fame in its earlier years, Carlisle's and the Higbee Company. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert "Bob" Pratt in 2009. Janice is survived by her mother, Elizabeth "Betty" Pratt, a special aunt; Paula Shane Grabast, sisters; Susan (Kraig) Dickes, Carolyn (Greg) Hoogkamp and brother; David (Bonnie) Pratt. She is also survived by a niece, Jackie (George) Garcia, and nephews Robert (Sarah) Dickes, Andrew (Jenna) Pratt, Tim and Chris Pratt, Austin and Hunter Hoogkamp. Grand-nieces; Erin and Harper Dickes, Belle Pratt, grand-nephews; Hank Pratt and Edward Garcia. Friends; Carol and Harold Jr. also survive. A special thank you from the family to Janice's friends at Altercare of Louisville and elsewhere, and the staff at Harbor Light Hospice. A private mass and burial were held for the family.
