Janet Heimbuch departed her loving family going to the arms of the Lord on December 18th 2025. Janet was born in Green, when it was still a township, on January 3, 1933 to Lois (Hunter) Kepler and Aaron Kepler. Janet was a wonderful 92 years young at the time of her passing.

Janet attended Green High School and had a beautician's license. She had many jobs to help support her family such as working at KMart and cooking at various restaurants in the local area. In her younger days, the extra money went to support foster children and to put her daughter through college.

Janet adored putting together the occasional flower puzzle. As an avid reader and gardener, Janet loved nature walks and was very dedicated to her family.  She took great pride in helping raise her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is pre-deceased by her father, mother, husband Henry Heimbuch and daughter Linda Slack (ne'e Heimbuch). She is survived by Aaron (grandson) and Theresa Westover with great-grandsons Brandon Stewart, Mateo Suazo-Calix, and Wyatt Westover and granddaughter Wendy Westover.

No services will be held as immediate friends and family were invited to bed side attendance on 18 December 2025.
