Michalek, Jane G., age 90, of North Canton, died Friday morning in Aultman Hospital after suffering a stroke. Born in Pittsburgh, PA to the late Anthony Pollack & Catherine Mikolajowiz she had resided here since 1946. Jane was a graduate of Schenley High School of Pittsburgh, PA in 1938 and was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church of North Canton. I addition to her parents she was preceded in death by an infant daughter: Katherine Michalek, sisters: Mary & Josephine and a brother Walter. Survivors include her husband Walter Michalek of the residence. Son: Gregory (Deborah) Michalek of Canton. Granddaughter: Melissa Ann Michalek. Sister: Theresa Lapinski, Niece Loretta Placki and a nephew: Donald Lapinski all of Pittsburgh, PA. A private graveside service will be in Calvary Cemetery.
