James William Jordan, age 76, of Hartville, passed away Monday morning February 21, 2022 at The Inn at Whitewood Village. He was born in Akron on June 17, 1945 to the late Elmer and Letha (Watson) Jordan.  As a child attended St. Paul's Catholic school. He retired from Goodyear after 42 years of service.

He is survived by daughter Kristine (Greg) Murphy, son James (Lisa) Jordan; grandchildren Nicholas and Brittany Jordan, Hunter Murphy; siblings Tom (Peg) Jordan and Karan Tassone; nieces, nephews, close friends and relatives including Sharon Brady and Marjorie Louk. He was preceded in death by his grandson Tyler Murphy and sister Letha "Peach" Sams.

Calling hours are Friday March 4th 4:00-6:00pm at Arnold Funeral Home Hartville. A memorial service will begin at 6:00 PM with Chaplain Gina Kasburg officiating. Flowers are welcome and Donations may be made to Crossroads Hospice of North Canton.
