James Richard Henning passed away Sunday, June 20, 2021. He was born May 25, 1980 and lived in Canton, Ohio.  A graduate of Glen Oak High School, Jim also attended Kent State University. Born with neuroblastoma, Jim survived many challenges, ultimately succumbing to multiple sclerosis and lung cancer. Jim enjoyed being with family, playing baseball, basketball, scrabble, chess, trivia, skiing and golf.

James was predeceased by his father, Richard Lee Henning and his sister, Jessica Ida.

He is survived by his wife, Judith Henning; step children Jason, Austin and Nicole, and granddaughter, Melina; his Mother, Sally Henning; brother and dear sister-in-law  Adam and Beth Henning; nephews Kayden and Shia; numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

Calling hours with viewing will be Thursday June 24 from 10 AM-12:00 noon at the Arnold Funeral Home 1517 Market Ave N., Canton. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 p.m. in the Funeral Home with Rabbi  A.J. Kushner officiating. Interment will be in North Lawn Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Agudas Achim congregation or the charity of your choice.
