Irene Miller, age 90, of Hartville, went Home to be with the Lord on Wednesday September 8, 2021. She was born in Hutchinson, Kansas on May 16, 1931 to the late Jerry S. and Clara (Miller) Miller. Irene met the love of her life, Willis J. Miller, on the muck farm in Hartville. They married April 23, 1950. She was a member of Cornerstone Community Chapel and was well known for her competitive game playing and for crocheted scrubbies.

Preceded in death by her husband Willis J. on August 15, 1991; and siblings Maynard Miller, Dorothy Miller. She is survived by children James (Louise) Miller, Jerry (Barb) Miller, Twila (Paul) Schrock, Elaine (Andy) Byler, Joyce (Leon) Yoder, Juanita (Terry) Miller, Donny Miller, Betty J. Miller; 19 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren; siblings Susie Boyd, Marjorie (Wayne) Byler; Jerry Jr. (Sarah) Miller, Pauline (James) Miller, Paul (Kathleen) Miller and Miriam (Wayne) Miller; sister-in-law Ruth Miller and brother-in-law Cal Miller.

Funeral services will be held privately for the immediate family. Final resting place is Marlboro Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gideons International.
