Hilda L. Bentz, age 91, formerly of Canton more recently of Wheeling, WV died Saturday after an extended illness. Born in Cameron, WV to the late Oliver and Nola (Vanscyoc) Bruhn. In addition to her parents she was preceded by her husband: Donald, brother: Charles Bruhn and a sister: Deloris Springer. She is survived by two daughters: Nancy J. (Lenard) Pedowitz of Rockville, MD, Sandra S. (Mark) Peklinsky of Wheeling, WV Son: Raymond L. (Darlene) Bentz of Grand Rapids, MI Eight grandchildren: Brandi, Kiel, and Dale Bentz; Nichole and Michael Pedowitz; Jason, Shawn and Erica Peklinsky. Funeral service will be 12 Noon Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at the Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home 4817 Cleveland Ave., N.W. with Rev. Kevin Slyh officiating. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
