Helen Esther Zellers, age 98, of Hartville, passed away Monday morning March 6, 2006 in the comfort of her home. Helen was born 15 May, 1907 to Emmett and Martha Laubert at Randolph, Ohio (or in Randolph Twp of Portage County) and graduated from Randolph High School. She and Kenneth W. Zellers were married 23 December, 1927 by Rev. Flenner. Helen was preceded in death by husband Kenneth, infant daughter Elizabeth and a grandson. She is survived by her sons and daughter Richard (Dorothy), Myrna (David) Angell, Darryl, and Kenneth (Peg). Darryl lives in the Dallas Texas area. The others live in the Hartville area. Five grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren also survive. Helen was a member of the Hartville United Church of Christ. She and Kenneth were vegetable growers in the Hartville area all their married lives. Calling hours are Thursday 6-8 PM at the Arnold Funeral Home and one hour preceding the funeral service 10-11 AM Friday. The funeral service is scheduled for 11 AM Friday at the Hartville United Church of Christ with Pastor Stu King officiating. Final resting place is Mount Peace Cemetery.
