Helen Louise Shengle, age 94 of Canton passed away Thursday March 1, 2007 at Canton Rehabilitation and Assisted Living Center. Born November 9, 1912 in Canton to the late L.D. and Louise Shengle, Helen graduated from McKinley High School. She had been a bookkeeper for several local companies including Weber Dental, Timken, Kempthorn and retired from Molly Stark. Preceded in death by brothers, Robert Ward Shengle and Earl Park Shengle; Helen is survived by her sister, Martha Geisey of Canton, brother, Carl Shengle of Canton, sister-in-law, Mrs. Earl (Mary Elizabeth) Shengle of Canton; and numerous nieces and nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
