Helen M. Marotta, age 86, of Uniontown, passed away Tuesday April 14, 2009 with her family by her side. She was born in Mount Clare, PA on February 25, 1923 to the late John and Susanne (Terovski) Suchan. She retired from Akron Public Schools. Helen was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Preceded in death by her husband of 65 years Vincent "Jim" on October 30, 2008; 2 sisters and 3 brothers. She is survived by her children Robert (Jenny) Marotta of Surprise, AZ, Vincetta (David) Croft of Uniontown, James Marotta of Anaheim, CA, Mark (Mary) Marotta of Akron; grandchildren David (Amanda) Croft, Christopher Croft; great-granddaughter Annabella Croft; other relatives and friends. Calling hours are Sunday 3-6 PM at the Arnold Funeral Home Hartville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday 10 AM in Holy Spirit Catholic Church with Fr. John Zapp celebrant.
