Harry W. Smith, age 93, of Canton, passed away Sunday March 23, 2014 at Aultman Compassionate Care Center. He was born November 8, 1920 in Canton, Ohio to the late Harry L. and Edna E. (Kempher) Smith and attended McKinley High School. He was self-employed and fixed appliances and small engines. Mostly, he enjoyed fishing with friends. He was a man who always expressed a genuine love and care for all and told everyone "Take care and God bless." Preceded in death by his brother and sister-in-law Charles R. and Florence A. Smith of Nelsonville, Ohio, he is survived by his nephew and niece Charles Robert "Bob" and Pat Smith of Grayson, Kentucky; and a few other relatives and friends. The family has overwhelming thanks to Vince Robertise and Mildred "Millie" Hann for being there for Harry. Calling hours are Wednesday 2-6 PM at Arnold Funeral Home, Canton and 1 hour prior to services Thursday 10-11 AM. Funeral services are Thursday 11:00 AM at Arnold Funeral Home with Rev. Amy E.
