Harry E. Kafides, age 75, of Canton, died Thursday evening in Aultman Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. A life resident of Canton he was a former employee of Buckeye Protective Service. Survivors include his friend and companion: Linda Poorman. Daughter: Mrs. James (Linda) Cross of Alaska. Son: John T. Kafides and daughter in - law: Terry. Seven grandchildren Two great grandchildren. Sister: Sophie Marion of Louisville and a brother: Alex Kafides of Cleveland.
