Harold Wiley Huggins, age 69, of Hartville, passed away Sunday March 29, 2020 in the comfort of his home surrounded by loving family. He was born on March 16, 1951 in Proctor, West Virginia to the late Curtis and Rosella (Paith) Huggins. He spent his career in construction and demolition working for several local companies.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years Donna (Schmucker); son Jason Krantz; daughter Patricia Huggins; brother Dale Huggins; other relatives and friends.

His final resting place is in Schmucker Cemetery in West Virginia.
