Glennis A. Lautzenhiser, age 81, of Hartville, went home to be with the Lord on Monday evening, March 12, 2018 with her loving family by her side. She was born on June 2, 1936 in Hartville to the late Maynard and Dorothy (Fausnaucht) Oswald and attended Hartville High School. Glennis worked for over 30 years for Teledyne Monarch Rubber Co.

She was a lifetime member of The Church of The Brethren and participated throughout the years in many activities and fundraisers, making thousands of apple dumplings. Glennis served as the Director of Lake Township FISH for 13 years and continued as an active volunteer. She also volunteered for over 25 years at the Hartville Thrift Shoppe.

She is survived by her husband of 65 years Glenn; children Bonnie (Tom) Baughman, Debbie Heidrich, Pam (Sam) Magar; grandchildren TJ (Anita) Baughman, Sarah (David) McMillen, Doug (Ashley) Wahlert, Bill (Lindsey) Heidrich, Emily Heidrich, Joe (Natalie Spicyn) Magar, Julie Magar; great-grandchildren Zeke, Tommy, and Angie Wahlert, CJ McMillen, Selah Baughman; sister Bonnie (Hudson) Sadd; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by brother Larry Oswald; son-in-law Bill Heidrich; great-grandson Tyler Wahlert.

Calling hours are Saturday 1 PM -2 PM at East Nimishillen Church of the Brethren and services begin promptly at 2 PM with Pastor Carol Kuryn. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Lake Township FISH.
