Glen W. Sweitzer, age 80, of Canton died Tuesday morning in Aultman Hospital . Born in Nimishillen Township , OH he resided here most of his life. Glen was a graduate of Timken High School and was amember of the Timken Alumni. A Navy Veteran of WW II, Glen was retired from the Hoover Company. He was a member of the American Bridge Club of which he was a life master, former Vice President of IBEW, and was an avid Ohio State Fan. In addition to his parents: George & Lucille (Stomemetz) Sweitzer he was preceded in death by a brother Robert and a sister Ruth Sweitzer Moore. Survivors include his wife of 57 years Beverly Sweitzer of the residence. Daughter: Mrs. Albert (Rebecca) Rollins of Woodstock, GA and a son: Michael (Theresa) Sweitzer of Copley , OH . Funeral service will be Friday 11:00 A.M. in the Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home 4817 Cleveland Ave., N.W. with Rev. Manley C. Pierce officiating. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery .
