Gerry L. Hopson, age 63, of Atwater, Ohio passed away Sunday September 5, 2010 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her father William E. Hylton. She leaves behind her loving husband and best friend Norris of 28 years. He was her world and she was his. They had many wonderful times together. She also leaves behind son Jeffrey H. Bennett and daughter Deana L. (Miles) Mason; her loving and caring brother Terry (Norma) Hylton; her mother Jean Hylton: brother Paul Hylton. She also leaves behind her grandchildren Amber (Jason) Bennett, Brittany (Steve) Berry, Jeffrey Bennett, Brandon Bennett, Dennis "Brutus" Bennett; great-grandchildren Landon and Ava Sky McDaniels and Adrianna Berry; and also wonderful nieces and nephews. She loved her grandchildren very much. She was employed by Teledyne Monarch for 18 years and Phillips Machine for 15 years. She loved to travel and enjoyed ceramics. She also loved the outdoors and working in her yard. She loved the beauty of spring, the warmth of summer and the colorful fall. She will be missed by her family and many of her wonderful friends. Funeral services are Thursday 11 AM in the Arnold Funeral Home Hartville with Pastor Ed Harnish officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to services 10-11 AM. Final resting place is Marlboro Cemetery.
