Geraldine Anne Curtis "Gerry", age 83, of Canton, passed away Saturday morning. Born in Canton to the late Ceylon and Beatrice (Hufler) Crowl, she was a life resident. Gerry married the love of her life, the late Edward Lee Curtis on December 28, 1957; the two of them were avid Canton McKinley Bulldog football fans. She worked for Wern Advertising until the birth of their daughter, Kelly. Gerry also enjoyed reading, antiques and politics. In addition to her daughter, Kelly (Bob) Lorenz, she is survived by grandchildren, Jackie and Rachel Craig; sister, Jayne (Bill) Djubek and brother, Mike (Anne) Crowl. A memorial service will be held 6:00 p.m. Wednesday in the Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home 4817 Cleveland Ave. N.W. A private interment will be in North Lawn Cemetery.
