Gene Riemenschneider, age 77, formerly of Canton died Wednesday morning in Altercare of Wadsworth after an extended illness. Born in Canton to the late Darrell and Dorothy Reimenschneider he was a graduate of McKinley High School. Gene is survived by cousins Beverly Spies of Canton, Mildred Vaughn of Green, and Francis Sulsberger of Woodsfield, OH. Funeral service will be Friday 1:00 P.M. in the Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home 710 Tuscarawas St., W. with Rev. George W. Roberts officiating. Interment will be in West Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call on Friday one hour prior to the service.
