Frederick "Al" McManis, age 85, passed away July 3rd in his home in North Canton. He is preceded in death by his beautiful wife of 48 years Frances Hennessey, along with his parents Charles Paul and Mamie Christina. Al leaves a daughter, Kimberly C. White of New York City. Al retired from XXth Century Heating and Cooling and was a Navy Veteran, a member of the Masonic Lodge, Nazir Grotto, and the Elks. He loved cars and was a big NASCAR fan. A memorial service will be held 7:00 p.m. Thursday in the Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home 4817 Cleveland Ave, NW with the Rev. Don Richards officiating. Friends may call on Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. A private interment will be held for the family in Henry Warstler Cemetery.
