Freda (Hedrick) McCrum 92, of Louisville, OH passed January 31, 2013. She was born September 18, 1920 to the late Thad and Abbie Hedrick in Gladwin, WV, married Paul McCrum of Hendricks, WV and then moved to Ohio where their two children, Paulette and Brent were born. She was a homemaker, seamstress and attended the Louisville First Assembly of God church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Paul, her son Brent, two brothers, Lee and Alvin Hedrick and four sisters, Hazel Cousin, Dessie Sponaugle, Elizabeth Johnson and Rebecca Allender. Freda is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Paulette (Merle) Ake, a granddaughter and her husband Traci (Michael) Tanksley and one great grandson Dawson. Funeral Services will be conducted Tuesday at 11:00am at the Arnold Funeral Home located 1517 Market Avenue North in Canton, OH, with Pastor Dan Deem officiating. Private Burial will take place at the Beech Mennonite Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the Funeral Home.
