Frank Bargides, age 76, of Louisville, passed away early Wednesday morning. Born in Alliance to the late Nicholas F. and Elizabeth (Trikilas) Bargides, he was in plastic manufacturing most of his life. Frank taught at Maplewood Vocational School and was an avid collector of antique cars. Frank enjoyed his children, grandchildren and his lab, Ginger. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his grandson, Cory Myers; sisters, Helen Neketis and Clara Zink and son-in-law, Daniel Crislip. Frank is survived by his wife of 58 years, Judith Haupt Bargides; children, Bart N. (June) Bargides, Renee S. (William) Marshall and Diane L. Crislip; grandchildren, Anthony, Andrew, Alicia, Zachary, Ashlee Fitz, Garret, Noah, Danielle Lee and Jason Marshall; sisters, Esther Blansitt and Mary Scassa; several great grandchildren; godchild, Sherry Dickson and special cousin, Jimmy Sengos. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in St. Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church with Rev. Dr. Nicholas V. Gamvas officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens.
