Frances (Ballos) Williams, age 92, of North Canton peacefully passed away Wednesday morning in Altercare of Hartville. Born in Canton to the late Pete and Helen (Moldovan) Ballos, she was a member of John Knox Presbyterian Church and the Order of the Eastern Star #539. In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her loving husband of 67 years, Charles E. Williams, Sr., brother, Pete Ballos,Jr., and daughter-in-law, Veronica L. Williams. She is survived by three sons, Charles E. (Ellen) Williams, Jr., Gerald L. Williams all of Cincinnati, and James S. Williams of Canton; grandsons, Charles E. Williams III, Erik L and Marc E. Williams; two great grandsons also survive, along with her beloved K-9 "Joey." Funeral service will be Saturday 1:00 P.M. in the Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home, 4817 Cleveland Ave., N.W. with Rev. Tom Houston officiating. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
