Frances M. Werstler, age 82, of Canton died Tuesday afternoon in the Windsor Medical Center after an extended illness. Born in Canton to the late Nickolas and Mary (Clementa) Motto she retired from the Hoover Co. in 1987 after 43 years of service. Frances was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church and was preceded in death by her husband: Donald Werstler on March 11, 1995. Survivors include 3 sisters: Katherine Cunningham of Massillon, Mrs. George (Phyllis) Books of Canton and Mrs. John (Amelia) Sparks of Massillon. Numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral service will be Saturday 10:00 A.M. in Holy Trinity Lutheran Church with Pastor Erwin M. Smuda officiating. Interment will be in St. Jacob's Cemetery. Friends may call on Friday from 6 to 8 P.M. in the Spiker-Foster-SHRIVER Funeral Home 4817 Cleveland Ave., N.W.
