Frances Marie Lindsay, (nee: Fannie M. Horner) age 105, of Canton died Thursday, March 14, 2007 in Hanover House Nursing Home. Born October 30, 1901 in Canton to the late Frank M. and Cornelia A (Falke) Horner, Frances married James Lindsay in 1923 who preceded her in death on Dec. 20, 1992. She had been a member of Calvary Presbyterian Church and the Stark County Historical Society. Survivors include two daughters: Mrs. David E. (Ronalee) Whitmer of Canton and Mrs. Ted (Donalou) Smith of North Carolina. Five grandchildren, five great grancchildren, and two great great grandchildren. A memorial service will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, March 17, 2007 in the Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home 4817 Cleveland Ave., N.W.
