Frances M. Harter, age 95, of Canton, joined her beloved husband, Donald "Pete" Harter Friday, November 26, 2021. She was born in Carrollton, Ohio to the late Ralph and Edna (Hull) Richardson. She enjoyed a career as a bookkeeper at Canton Electric, Canton Elevator, among others. Frances was a graduate of Timken High School, enjoyed gardening. baking her famous brownies, and playing cards, especially Euchre.

She is survived by her sons, David of Canton, and Donald of New York.

Calling hours will be Monday, December 27, 2021, from 4-6 PM in the Arnold Funeral Home 1517 Market Ave. N.  Funeral will be Tuesday, December 28 at 11 AM in the Arnold Funeral Home 1517 Market Ave. N., with burial in Sunset Hills Burial Park.
