Florence Newman, age 86 of Canton passed Sunday May 11, 2008 at Bethany Nursing Home. Born in Philadelphia, PA on September 14, 1921 to Anne (Weber) and Joseph Waisbrod, she was a member of Shaaray Torah Synagogue. Preceded in death by her daughter Estelle Newman July 2004 and brother Edward Waisbrod, she is survived by brother Sam (Janet) Waisbrot of Akron and nieces and nephews.
