Florence M. Belden, age 91 of Canton, passed away Tuesday morning, June 24, 2014, in Aultman Hospital. Florence was born September 27, 1922, in Canton to Jason and Grace (Holleman) McCoy. She graduated from McKinley High School in 1940 and attended Canton Actual Business College. Her life's work and creative vision is best exemplified in her revival of the Eagle's Block and the creation of Canton Classic Car Museum on South Market Ave. Mrs. Belden volunteered with Stark County Visiting Nurse. Mrs. Belden was preceded in death by her husband Marshall Belden in 1995, grandson Jeremy M. Belden in 1995 and daughter Katherine H. Belden in 2006. She is survived by children, Susan A. Belden, Marshall Belden, Tim (Kay) Belden; grandchildren, Nicole X. Belden, Jocelyn R. Belden, Woodson H. Close and great grandson, Jerikai Belden. Funeral services will be Friday 11:00 a.m. at the Arnold Funeral Home in Canton with Rev. Eldon Trubee officiating.
