Flora Pim Cohen, age 85, formerly of Canton and more recently of Boca Raton and Lauderhill, FL passed away Monday morning, January 16, 2006 in Hospice By The Sea in Hollywood, FL. She was born on June 18, 1920 in McKeesport, PA to the late Hyman and Honey Weinberger, the youngest of nine children. Flora was a member of Shaaray Torah Synagogue, Shaarah Torah Sisterhood and B'Nai Brith. A member of Arrowhead Country Club, she enjoyed golfing and was an avid card player. In Canton she had worked at the Casual Shop and Rappaports Dress Shop and while in Boca Raton for the Bath Shoppe. Preceded in death by her husband Hershel on July 22, 1988. Survived by a daughter and son-in-law Dena and Philip Bianchino of Lake Worth, FL; two sons and daughter-in-law Rick Cohen and Jacqueline Feldman-Cohen of North Canton and Dennis Cohen of Davie, FL; four grandchildren Leaza, Emma, Hersh and Jamie. A graveside service will be held Wednesday at 1:00 PM in the Canton Hebrew Cemetery with Cantor Bruce Braun officiating.
